Riverwest is an amazing place to live and work. Located along the west bank of the Milwaukee River, our neighborhood is about a mile North of Downtown and a mile West of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

It is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, students, activists, gardeners, homeowners, and entrepreneurs. Our many galleries, studios, nightclubs, and other locally-owned businesses give this ethnically-diverse district a bohemian flair.

We strive to preserve the do-it-yourself, creative spirit which has made us what we are today.
